Shipping Restrictions:

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we do not ship to the following destinations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • Cuba
  • Iran

  • North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also do not offer international shipping to the following countries or some regions of these countries (last updated on Nov 17, 2023):

Return Policy:

We stand behind our products. Here’s our hassle-free return process:

  1. Initiate Return: Email tmh@thrivemotivatehustle.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Instructions: Detailed instructions will be provided for packing, labeling, and the return address.
  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping is at your expense. Consider our free return shipping offer for damaged/misprinted items.
  4. Refund: Once we receive the product, a full refund will be processed.

Special Cases:

  • Damaged/Misprinted/Defective Items: Submit claims with photos within 2 weeks.
  • Wrong Address: Ensure accuracy to avoid reshipment costs.
  • Lost in Transit: Submit claims within 2 weeks.
  • Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments will incur reshipment costs.

EU Consumer Notice:

FAQ:

When will I receive my order? Estimated shipping times are as follows:
  • 4-7 business days for US orders
  • 7-15 business days for Canada orders
  • 6-14 business days for Europe orders
  • 7-20 days for International orders
Who pays the customs duties & taxes?
  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, and the responsibility for these fees lies with your end customer. Customs fees depend on factors such as order value, country limits, and other considerations based on the product. Your end customer will need to pay any fees directly to the appropriate customs agency.
  • When determining your retail prices or making manual adjustments, please consider that customs agencies often calculate duties/fees based on the declared retail price. Note that if you collect VAT in your store, Printful currently doesn’t display paid VAT or a VAT ID on shipping labels or packing slips.
  • For orders to Canada using Printful live shipping rates, an Int’l Economy Duties paid with tracking option (4-8 business days after fulfillment) is generated. This method helps track packages to minimize the risk of loss during transit.
Do all items in orders always ship together?

No, each item we ship may have different delivery times. Some products are packaged and shipped separately; for instance, posters are sent in super-durable tubes, which obviously can’t accommodate a canvas. This approach ensures the safety and integrity of each product during shipping.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, order tracking information is provided. Check your email for details.

Is return shipping free for all items?

No. Return shipping is at your expense, except for damaged/misprinted items where we offer free return shipping.

How do I initiate a return?

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Submit claims with photos within 2 weeks for a free replacement.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
